The aim of the project is to bring in an office and retail space which can cater to the needs of the upcoming ‘convention hub’. Surrounded by a convention center, cultural center, auditorium, marketplace and historic gardens. The space will provide a platform for all these activities and the advantage of a lodging nearby will bring in more guests for the events happening in the heart of the city
