This proposal is a new typology for co-working i.e. integrating the indoors with outdoors, a mixed mode office, not only in terms of energy consumption, but also in occupancy pattern. The idea is to encourage the use of outdoor workspaces to improve occupant comfort and well being. This is done by designing the built form in such a way that it creates an outdoor microclimate of its own which is much more comfortable than the prevailing climate conditions. A flexible workspace which is ready to adapt to the needs of the future without making many changes to the present- a 24/7 Flexi Office.
