The proposal is located near the main commercial district of the city, it is a well-connected site, the transit line adjacent to it, and a couple of other urban housing complexes are upcoming in the area .There is an opportunity to create a sense of community in the urban zone, the goal of the project is to achieve a residential community and to create a lively streetscape.
