The aim of this assessment was to analyse the interior daylight and sunlight conditions experienced within habitable spaces of the development. The proposal comprises of alterations to an existing 3 storey family house and erection of a new single storey residential dwelling. The assessment was carried out as per BRE guidelines and it passes the criteria.
